Just wanted to take the time to let you know how great the house looks. Jan and I were there this past weekend and everything was so spic and span. It is always nice and clean but that deep clean makes all the difference to carry through the year. Just to name a few things, all the blinds free of dust, the floor boards and chair rail sparkling clean, the tracks on the sliding doors clean and you are right the carpets look so much better. Our extended family bet at Sound’s Good to spend Thanksgiving week together, everything was just right! The personal service provided by Shore Details was wonderful! A great crew to deal with! We had a grand time at "Serenity Now" and are home with great memories and lots of sand in our shoes. The Shore Details staff were especially helpful. I hope we can visit again next year. Hi, We rented a house that was maintained by your company last year (2 Good 2 Go, in Frisco). We were so impressed with the way the house looked, it was wonderful, beds were made and my husband talked to one of your employees when we were leaving. Do you have a list of homes other than the ones on your website that you maintain. I am going to be looking into next years rental and we may be looking for another house (might be going with a bigger group). You have spoiled us. After coming to the Outer Banks for at least 20 years, I (and the rest of my family) have never been so impressed by a house as last year and in my opinion it was your cleaning and care that made that happen.

We want to thank you SO much for your help throughout our stay in Kaya Kabana. Most of all we want to thank you for your concern and assistance with our car emergency on 9/25. Since Shore Details has been maintaining my cottage, the number of rental weeks went from approximately 20 weeks/year to 33 weeks in 2010. I attribute this increase to Shore Details; a second indication is 8 of those weeks were return guests. As the rental activity increased, my involvement in managing the property has decreased as I am not resolving discrepancies and following up on issues with the realtor as you resolve them before they become issues. In addition, every time we enter the cottage the condition is "top notch".

Bill, I wanted to drop you a line personally about how lovely your house is, but more importantly, about how fabulous your on-island property people are. I spoke to Pam twice, she couldn't be nicer or friendlier! I had to call her when I arrived, as my directions did not take me into the community where the house is, she made me feel as if helping me made her very happy. We loved the house, and the area, but your "hands on" people made this trip really successful for us. You have a great crew and I wanted you to hear it straight from me :)

Wow, it really is about the details! When I called Shore Details to ask about needing a crib, not only did I get a crib but a crib sheet and knowing I was not going to be able to bring a stroller, you had one waiting for me at no charge! The house was spotless, the service was amazing I’ll be sure and check out the homes you care for next year! Love rent-by-owner!

I wanted to send you a quick email and thank you for helping to make our trip to the beach wonderful. The wraps and the birthday cake were delicious. Having the beds made when we got there was great. We plan on coming back next year around the same time and definitely plan on using your services again. Everyone loved the convenience of not having to make lunch on Friday so I think you will probably have quite a few more deliveries to make to our group next year. We also want to try the delivered dinner service. Thank you again for offering a much needed service at the beach.

can't say enough about how nice this house looked when we arrived. All the special touches were AWESOME!!!! EVERYONE noticed how nice each and every room looked. Just moving a few things around made each room more special. You all did such a good job. The house is cleaner than it ever was - I can't say how much we appreciated how nice everything was!
