We will show our guests and owners how we turn an ordinary task into an extraordinary experience. We delight in sharing our island! We are a team of professionals who are proud of our jobs, our island and each other. It really is….about the details!
We’ve been living on Hatteras Island most of our lives. Hatteras Island is our home and we love it! We want to do all we can to preserve the island life, quiet, simple and filled with the peace of warm days on the beach! We want to share that life with you and your family. We love watching owners enjoy their beautiful homes, and we enjoy watching their guests relax as they come to know “Hatteras Time." With over 15 years experience caring for vacation properties on Hatteras Island we understand the needs of both owners and guests and we understand how to provide service that meets those needs.
Our Staff
Sandy Wells is our General Manager and oversees our tri-village operations. She has lived on Hatteras Island for many years and came to us with a wealth of experience. We feel lucky to have her; she’s a great part of the team! She is very knowledgeable in regards to island activities for our guests and she knows where and how to get things done for our owners! If you’re in the tri-villages you probably know Sandy by her friendly smile and “get it done” attitude!
In 2010 we added Linda Flory to our staff. What a dynamo! Linda knows clean! After owning a housekeeping company here on Hatteras Island she knows what it takes to get the job done. You’ll see her down south working with the housekeepers to make sure no detail is overlooked!
Along with Sandy and Linda we now have Mike Lyons working alongside Rene keeping our maintenance team on top of home care and guest needs. Mike joined us as maintenance director in 2010 and continues to be a real asset to the Shore Details Management Team.
With such a great team in place there was one thing left, the perfect office manager to help keep everything organized and running smooth. Welcome Jamie Hampton. Jamie has a great personality, warm and welcoming to our guests and with her wealth of experience in the vacation industry she already knows how to provide Shore Details care to every task…keeping up with all the details.
We employ many seasonal staff members in housekeeping, pool and spa care, lawn care, concierge services and maintenance. We have a great team who love what they do and love being part of the Shore Details difference. We hire professionals, these folks know how to do their job and they love meeting both owners and guests and helping them relax in a clean well-maintained home! Shore Details, Inc is a fully insured and bonded company. All pool and spa technicians are certified and all of our staff are trained to the highest level of service.
